Does ViaVan offer rides for wheelchair users?
Yes, wheelchair users can book a ride through the ViaVan app. Our Live Support team will then be in touch with the pick-up location that you need to make your way to and what the expected pick up time will be. Our wheelchair accessible vehicles are not branded like other ViaVan vehicles in Espoo so don't be alarmed when a vehicle arrives which doesn't look like all the others!
